REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

By engaging with G2 Marketing & Development Agency (G2MDA), clients acknowledge that all services rendered are creative, digital, or strategic in nature and are therefore not eligible for traditional returns or refunds. Due to the time, labor, and resource investment that begins immediately upon project initiation, all payments made to G2MDA are considered final. Clients are encouraged to fully understand their project scope, responsibilities, and expectations before engaging services.

Refund Policy - the basics

Effective Date: 01-02-2025

1. General Policy

G2 Marketing and Development Agency (G2MDA) is committed to delivering high-quality digital services including but not limited to website design, app development, branding, SEO, marketing, and media production. Due to the nature of our services—which involve custom strategy, creative development, and time-based labor—all payments are considered final once work has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If any phase of the service or project has begun or been partially delivered.

  • If the client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, leading to delays.

  • If the client changes the scope, direction, or purpose of the project after work has started.

  • For digital assets (designs, code, copy, etc.) that have been created, shared, or implemented.

Note: Any upfront deposits or milestone payments made to secure a project’s start are non-refundable once the project has started.

3. Disputes & Partial Refund Consideration

In rare cases where a refund is considered due to service dissatisfaction, the client must submit a formal written dispute within 5 business days of deliverable receipt. Disputes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial refund based on:

  • Percentage of work completed.

  • Time already invested.

  • Any third-party costs incurred.

G2MDA reserves the right to determine whether any refund is warranted. No refunds will be issued once a project has reached 80% completion or if the client has already approved and accepted major deliverables.

4. Chargeback Policy

By initiating a project with G2MDA, the client agrees to resolve any disputes directly and not initiate any chargebacks with their financial institution. Attempting to reverse charges without following our formal dispute process will result in legal action, including seeking compensation through small claims court or applicable business insurance channels.

5. Project Pauses or Cancellations

If a project is paused or canceled by the client after commencement:

  • All completed work will be delivered upon request.

  • Remaining unused project funds may be applied as a non-refundable credit toward future G2MDA services, valid for 60 days.
